We put an offer in for the house and had it accepted in February 2011 but we didn't get the keys until 5th July due to some discrepancies on access rights. But these finally got sorted and we could get to work.
There were a few things we had to do, and one of the main ones was getting rid of a lot of the trees that hindered access to the house and generally got in the way.
